This short clip is guaranteed to make you smile.
I drove to Morro Bay in California with the single intention of filming a sea otter.
When I arrived, I parked my car near the harbor and walked to a public restroom next to the water. (I had to go pee pee.) I saw a woman cooing over the railing at something in the water. There, directly beneath her, was a sleeping sea otter, wrapped in kelp next to a piling! What luck!
This little fella made me laugh out loud on several occasions. I filmed him for about 10 minutes but this was one of my favorite moments.
It was a good day.
